Ryan grew up in the small town of Englehart in Ontario and is from a family of four. He is a recent graduate of the Acting for Film and Television program at Niagara College, and is a dedicated actor, always training and gathering new skills to improve his craft. During his time at Niagara, Ryan appeared in a variety of projects including Hour Zero and Judge Gord.      

At a very young age, Ryan knew he wanted to be an actor. In high school, Ryan dedicated his spare time to auditioning and staring in school productions. In high school
